Bullies

Drama is apart of everyone's life, so its good to have someone to confide in. My friend Quinci helped me so much when I was in this fight with a mean girl. And Quinci helped me tons.

Advice 3. When a mean girl/boy says something rude or unfair don't:

  1. fight back
  2. get physical
  3. try to defend yourself.
Although defending yourself isn't all that bad it's best if you:

  1. Walk away, (that's what I did)
  2. Take it as a complement. (I know it sounds weird but it works!)
  3. or say things like, I don't care what you say etc.
If you do these things trust me you'll win! Bullies just want to feel like they have power over you, so try taking there power away by being ok with it!

Drama, Drama, Drama!

Ever since the first day of school it has been drama, Drama, DRAMA! Girls can be JERKS!  So my first piece of advice is VERY important!

1. Get a journal/diary.
Writing it all down and over exaggerating what happens helps... like you may be thinking: 'I don't have much to write about!' Well just try it... trust me, you will find something!

2. Get a BFF to talk to,
Having a friend makes all the difference! They WILL help! And if you have no BFF a family member will do.
